Please ensure that the connector of your old charger matches ours before placing an order. If you receive a damaged item during shipping, do not use it to charge. It is important to use the products within one year and to not exceed a 12-hour charging time. Charge the products in a ventilated area and avoid covering the charger. Additionally, make sure that your hands and the plugs are dry.

There are several possible reasons for the charger not working after being connected to the power supply. Firstly, the voltage and current of the charger may not match your battery. This could be due to purchasing a charger with incorrect parameters. If this is the case, please provide us with the brand and model of your electric bike or the parameters and plug of the original charger.

Secondly, the limited life of the lithium battery may cause the charger to cease functioning. If the battery is damaged, the charger will not work. Batteries may become damaged if not used for an extended period of time, such as more than 12 months or 2-3 months.

If the green light comes on when the power is turned on, but the LED light does not turn red after the battery is connected, the connector may be loose with poor contact. The plug can be reinserted to maintain good contact.

Please note that this charger does not fit Razor scooters and dirt bikes, and should not be used for Lead Acid batteries. It is also not compatible with 24V, 25.2V, and 29.4V batteries. The 3 prong connector shows "1" for "+" , "2" for "-" and “3” for ground.
